City Noise By-Laws need to be clearer

The issuing of a noise complaint to the Salt River mosque by the City could instigate more gentrification sentiments. However, the City noise by-laws do not explicitly exclude places of worship. This has resulted in the Mayor paying a visit to the mosque.
