The Israeli occupation regime’s warplanes have been forced to flee the besieged Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian resistance anti-air defence system kicked in as the Zionist warplanes fired three missiles at the al-Qadisiyah district in the city of Khan Yunis. There were no immediate reports of casualties.
As per the norm the occupation regime claimed that it attacked the coastal enclave due to rocket fire.
The developments come amid a rise in violent attacks by Israeli occupation troops and illegal settlers across the Palestinian territories since the beginning of Ramadan. On Friday, Zionist troops raided the al-Aqsa Mosque complex, firing sound bombs and rubber bullets at worshippers.
