The case involving twins Brandon Lee and Tony Lee Thulsie on charges relating planning acts of terror has concluded in a plea bargain. 

The Johannesburg High Court sentenced the two to 11 and 8 years respectively.

But considering that the pair was baited and instigated by what their lawyer says are CIA  operatives, how fair was the process?
