The Human Rights Commission of South Africa wants the rotational learning at primary school to come to an end.
It believes that this form of learning has a negative impact on children and their education in the long run.
The call come as a number of schools are seeking to continue with a rotational timetable into next year. In the Western Cape it’s understood that at least 86% of schools have applied for rotational learning.
