Police are investigating an attack on an 81-year-old man at a farm outside Durbanville.

The victim, Geza Fagyas, was found by security guards late Saturday afternoon. He had been covered in blood with a wound to his head.

Durbanville police spokesperson, Captain Marchell Rhode, says that the man was assaulted and robbed of his belongings inside his house at Kliprug Farm, adding that the victim was attacked with an unknown object by two unknown suspects inside his house.
