Hamas: Head of the political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh has sent a political memorandum on Operation Al-Aqsa Flood to Arab leaders and presidents and the Secretary-General of the Arab League Ahmed Aboul Gheit.

The Hamas chief has called for the implementation of resolutions that protect the rights of the Palestinian people and the right to freedom and self-determination. He also stressed the need to allocate funds to support the steadfastness of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

The Arab League’s foreign ministers are scheduled to hold an emergency meeting on Wednesday to discuss the unfolding situation in occupied Palestine.
