A Zionist court has ruled to erase thousands of Palestinians from the land they’ve inhabited and cultivated for 13 generations. Masafer Yatta in Al Khalil is the latest Palestinian village to experience this modern day Nakba(Catastrophe). Nearly four decades ago, the Israeli regime designated the 22 villages in Masafer Yatta as “Firing Zone 918”, declaring them off-limits to anyone but the Israeli military. The Zionist policy of declaring Palestinian lands to be putative military zones is a common method of land-grabbing to further entrench the occupation.
