Three men have been killed and two others injured in a shooting in Delft.

It’s understood three gunmen opened fire at a residence in Eendrag Crescent, Voorbrug on Wednesday night. According to police the deceased are between the ages of 28 and 36.

Police say the suspects fled empty handed.

In Woodstock, a 39-year-old man was gunned down in Woodstock. The shooting took place in Essex Street.

Police say the man was transported to a medical facility in a private vehicle. He was declared deceased at the hospital.

The circumstances and motive surrounding both incidents are being investigated.
