In the last 24 hours, 160 Palestinian bodies have been pulled from underneath the rubble. According to Gaza’s government media office, since the start of the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation, not a single truck transporting wheat was able to enter Gaza, compared the 600 that would enter on a daily basis prior to the 7th October. This comes as Palestinians are battling with food shortages and lack of clean drinkable water. This is in addition to the destruction of all essential infrastructure needed to help sustain life in the enclave.
Meanwhile, only three hospitals are functioning, but are only providing limited services. Despite fuel being delivered to the enclave, none of it has reached the hospitals who need it to run their generators. The regime is continuing to cut the electricity supply to Gaza. The health ministry says that they are operating with very limited capabilities and need large field hospitals. Gaza also needs specialised respiratory medication for premature babies. Journalist, Akram Al Satari discusses the slow revival of Gaza.
